Aeroplan Giveaway Official Rules

CANRAD CHANCE TO WIN 50,000 AEROPLAN® POINTS PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

IMPORTANT CONTEST DISCLOSURE

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority, are licensed hairstylists, are the account holder or authorized designated participant of an eligible CanRad account, and have a valid Aeroplan membership account. Promotion runs from August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET to October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Valid Aeroplan registrations submitted beginning July 1, 2026 count toward the registration ballot and first-100 bonus ballot. One prize of 50,000 Aeroplan points is available, with an approximate retail value of $1,875 CAD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible ballots received and the number of ballots earned by each eligible CanRad account. The selected potential winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. See the full Rules below for all entry methods, including the no-purchase method.

By participating, each participant agrees to these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”) and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored and administered by CanRad Beauty Ltd., 125 Norfinch Drive, North York, Ontario M3N 1W8 (the “Sponsor” or “CanRad”).

Questions about the Promotion may be directed to marketing@canrad.com.

2. Promotion Period and Pre-Registration Window

The Promotion begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).

CanRad will recognize valid Aeroplan membership registrations submitted through its registration form from July 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026 (the “Pre-Registration Window”) for the registration ballot and the first-100 bonus described below. Purchases made and new accounts opened during the Pre-Registration Window do not earn purchase-based or new-account ballots unless otherwise expressly stated in these Rules.

CanRad’s systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion. Except for the Pre-Registration Window, registrations, purchases, account openings and other activities completed before or after the applicable period will not qualify.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to an individual who, at the time of participation:

1. is a legal resident of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec;

2. has reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which the individual resides;

3. is a licensed hairstylist and holds a valid hairstylist licence, certificate of qualification or equivalent professional credential recognized in Canada;

4. is the account holder or an individual authorized by the account holder to act as the designated participant for an existing eligible CanRad customer account, or opens and is approved for a new CanRad account during the Promotion Period (an “Eligible CanRad Account”);

5. has a valid Aeroplan membership account registered in the individual’s own legal name and in good standing; and

6. is legally permitted to receive the Prize.

Entries and ballots are administered per Eligible CanRad Account. Each Eligible CanRad Account may designate only one eligible licensed hairstylist as its participant. The designated participant must be the account holder or have the account holder’s authorization to participate on behalf of the account. All ballots generated by that account will be credited to the designated participant. Where the same eligible licensed hairstylist is designated for more than one Eligible CanRad Account, each account will be administered separately.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of CanRad, its parent companies, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, Promotion administrators and prize suppliers are not eligible. Immediate family members of an ineligible person and persons residing in the same household are also not eligible. “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling and the spouse of any such person.

CanRad may require proof of identity, residency, age, hairstylist licensing or certification, authorization to participate for the Eligible CanRad Account, CanRad account information, Aeroplan account ownership and eligibility. All information submitted must be complete, accurate and truthful. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the requested period may result in disqualification.

4. How to Earn Ballots

Eligible participants may earn ballots through the following methods. Unless otherwise stated, ballots are credited to the applicable Eligible CanRad Account.

4.1 Register an Aeroplan Membership Number — One Ballot

Visit home.canrad.com/pages/aeroplan (the “Promotion Page”) and follow the instructions to register a valid Aeroplan membership number. Each Eligible CanRad Account will receive one ballot after the registration is successfully completed and verified.

Limit of one registration ballot per Eligible CanRad Account. The designated participant must provide an Aeroplan membership number registered in the designated participant’s own name unless CanRad approves another arrangement after verification.

4.2 Prior Aeroplan Registrations Beginning July 1, 2026

An eligible CanRad customer who submitted a valid Aeroplan membership number through CanRad’s registration form beginning July 1, 2026 does not need to register again and will automatically receive one registration ballot, provided the customer otherwise satisfies these Rules.

These prior registrations will also be included when CanRad identifies the first 100 Eligible CanRad Accounts for the bonus ballot described in Section 4.3. Timestamps recorded by CanRad’s systems will control.

4.3 First 100 Eligible CanRad Accounts — One Bonus Ballot

The first 100 Eligible CanRad Accounts to successfully register a valid Aeroplan membership number beginning July 1, 2026 will each receive one additional bonus ballot. This bonus is available only until 100 eligible registrations have been verified and allocated.

Incomplete, invalid, duplicate, fraudulent or subsequently disqualified registrations will not qualify. CanRad may replace an ineligible registration with the next eligible registration received until 100 bonus ballots have been allocated.

4.4 Eligible Purchases — One Ballot Per $500

An Eligible CanRad Account will receive one additional ballot for every complete $500 CAD in Eligible Purchases invoiced to that account during the Promotion Period. Purchase-based ballots are unlimited.

“Eligible Purchases” means the cumulative net purchase amount for qualifying products purchased directly from CanRad and recorded based on the invoice date, excluding:

• applicable taxes;

• shipping and delivery charges;

• service, handling or administrative charges;

• gift cards or certificates;

• credits, discounts and promotional adjustments;

• cancelled, reversed or fraudulent transactions;

• refunded or returned products; and

• products or transactions identified by CanRad as ineligible in accordance with these Rules.

Eligible Purchases will be calculated cumulatively using CanRad’s business records. Only complete $500 increments will generate ballots. Amounts below the next $500 increment will carry forward during the Promotion Period but will not be rounded up at the end of the Promotion. For example, $1,200 in Eligible Purchases will generate two purchase-based ballots.

If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, returned, reversed, determined to be fraudulent or otherwise becomes ineligible, CanRad may cancel the associated ballots and recalculate the account’s ballot total.

4.5 Open a New CanRad Account — Two Ballots

An eligible licensed hairstylist who applies for and opens a new CanRad account during the Promotion Period will receive two additional ballots after the account has been approved and verified by CanRad under its regular account-opening requirements. No purchase is required to receive these two ballots.

Limit of two new-account ballots per new Eligible CanRad Account. An account that is incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, opened using false information or not approved under CanRad’s regular requirements will not qualify.

5. No-Purchase Method for Additional Ballots

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To obtain one additional ballot without making a purchase, an eligible participant must send a separate email to marketing@canrad.com during the Promotion Period with the subject line “CanRad Aeroplan Promotion — No-Purchase Ballot” and include:

1. the participant’s full legal name;

2. the business, salon or account name associated with the Eligible CanRad Account, if applicable;

3. the Eligible CanRad Account number;

4. the participant’s province or territory of residence;

5. the participant’s email address and telephone number;

6. the participant’s Aeroplan membership number; and

7. an original response of at least 50 words to the question: “How could Aeroplan points support your future business or personal travel goals?”

Each complete, eligible and original email submission will earn one additional ballot. There is no maximum number of no-purchase ballots, matching the unlimited number of purchase-based ballots. Each ballot request must be submitted in a separate email and must contain a new and substantially different original response. Multiple ballot requests combined in one email will count as one request only.

No-purchase submissions must be received by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Submissions that are incomplete, copied, automated, unintelligible, duplicated, fraudulent, substantially similar to another submission by the participant, or otherwise do not comply with these Rules will not qualify.

6. Ballot Conditions

Ballots have no cash value and cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged or combined between participants, Aeroplan accounts or Eligible CanRad Accounts. There is no maximum total number of ballots, subject to the entry conditions and verification requirements in these Rules.

A participant may not use false names, identities, email addresses, Aeroplan membership numbers or CanRad accounts, or use automated, scripted, mechanically reproduced, bulk, fraudulent or third-party submissions. CanRad’s business records will determine the number of eligible ballots earned, subject to applicable law.

If there is a dispute concerning the identity of a participant, CanRad may treat the account holder or authorized designated licensed hairstylist for the Eligible CanRad Account and the verified holder of the associated Aeroplan membership account as the participant, subject to satisfactory verification.

7. Prize

There is one prize available consisting of 50,000 Aeroplan points, with an approximate retail value of $1,875 CAD (the “Prize”). The value of Aeroplan points may vary depending on how and when points are redeemed. No compensation will be provided for any difference between the approximate retail value and actual or perceived value.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable or assignable, cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash, and cannot be divided between Aeroplan accounts. Use and redemption of the points are subject to the Aeroplan program terms, conditions, availability and redemption requirements.

The confirmed winner must have a valid Aeroplan membership account in good standing. CanRad intends to arrange for the points to be deposited into the confirmed winner’s verified Aeroplan account no later than December 31, 2026, subject to circumstances beyond CanRad’s reasonable control and any Aeroplan fulfilment requirements.

CanRad may substitute an award of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond CanRad’s reasonable control. The confirmed winner is responsible for any costs, fees, taxes or expenses not expressly included in the Prize.

8. Random Draw and Odds of Winning

On November 25, 2026, CanRad will conduct a random draw from all eligible ballots received. The draw will take place at CanRad Beauty Ltd., 125 Norfinch Drive, North York, Ontario M3N 1W8, and is intended to be broadcast on CanRad’s Instagram Live account. The draw will be administered by an authorized CanRad representative.

A technical issue, interruption or inability to broadcast the Instagram Live presentation will not invalidate an otherwise properly administered random draw. CanRad may record or document the draw through another reasonable method.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible ballots received and the number of eligible ballots earned by each Eligible CanRad Account through registration, the first-100 bonus, eligible purchases, opening a new account and the no-purchase method.

9. Potential Winner Notification and Verification

The selected participant will be considered a potential winner only and will be contacted using the email address or telephone number associated with the applicable Eligible CanRad Account or Promotion registration. CanRad is not responsible for a notification that is not received because of inaccurate information, spam filtering, account restrictions, technical issues or circumstances beyond CanRad’s reasonable control.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected participant must:

1. respond within three business days after the first notification attempt;

2. provide satisfactory proof of identity, eligibility, hairstylist licensing or certification, authorization to participate for the Eligible CanRad Account, CanRad account information and Aeroplan account ownership;

3. correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question;

4. sign and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity consent and any other documentation reasonably required by CanRad within three business days; and

5. continue to comply with these Rules.

If the selected participant cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, fails to provide required information or documents, declines the Prize, is determined to be ineligible or violates these Rules, that participant will be disqualified. CanRad may then randomly select an alternate participant from the remaining eligible ballots.

A participant is not the confirmed winner unless and until CanRad has completed all verification requirements and provided formal confirmation.

10. Winner Announcement

CanRad intends to announce the confirmed winner by November 30, 2026 through its website and social media channels. If verification cannot reasonably be completed by that date, CanRad will announce the confirmed winner as soon as reasonably possible after verification.

The live draw may identify only a potential winner. CanRad may delay publication of the participant’s name until eligibility, the skill-testing question, required documents and publicity consent have been completed.

11. Publicity

Where permitted by law, acceptance of the Prize authorizes CanRad to publish and use the confirmed winner’s name, city and province or territory of residence, photograph, likeness, voice and statements relating to the Promotion for Promotion-related publicity without additional compensation. Any use beyond Promotion-related publicity remains subject to applicable law and any additional consent that may be required.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, register and calculate ballots, contact selected participants, confirm and announce the winner, deliver the Prize, detect and prevent fraud, and satisfy legal and regulatory obligations.

CanRad may disclose necessary personal information to its affiliates, Promotion administrators, professional advisers, technology providers, fulfilment providers and Aeroplan-related entities where required for these purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with CanRad’s privacy policy available at home.canrad.com/policies/privacy-policy and applicable privacy laws.

Participation in the Promotion does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications. Any marketing consent will be requested separately and may be withdrawn in accordance with applicable law.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each participant releases and holds harmless CanRad, its parent companies, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, Promotion administrators, Prize suppliers, Aeroplan-related entities, Instagram and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising from participation or attempted participation in the Promotion; acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize; lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected or invalid registrations, submissions, transactions or notifications; technical or data-processing failures; unauthorized access to or alteration of Promotion information; errors in administration or advertising; or personal injury, property damage, loss or other harm connected with the Promotion or Prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Disqualification

CanRad may disqualify a participant who violates these Rules; provides false, incomplete or misleading information; tampers with or attempts to tamper with the Promotion; uses fraudulent, automated or deceptive methods to obtain ballots; interferes with another person’s participation; acts in an abusive, threatening or disruptive manner; attempts to damage a Promotion-related website, form, system or platform; or obtains ballots through transactions that are later cancelled, returned, refunded or reversed.

Any deliberate attempt to damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate civil or criminal law. CanRad reserves the right to pursue available remedies.

15. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

If fraud, tampering, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention or another event beyond CanRad’s reasonable control affects the security, fairness, integrity or proper administration of the Promotion, CanRad may suspend, modify, extend, cancel or terminate the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

If the Promotion is terminated before the stated closing date, CanRad may select a potential winner by random draw from eligible ballots received before termination, where reasonably possible and legally permitted. CanRad may amend these Rules where reasonably necessary to correct errors, clarify provisions or comply with applicable law. Any material amendment will be communicated through the Promotion Page.

16. Errors and Discrepancies

If more potential winners are identified than the number of Prizes available, CanRad may conduct a random draw among the affected eligible participants to allocate the single Prize.

If there is a discrepancy between these Rules and any advertisement, caption, graphic, entry form, social media post or other promotional material, these Rules will govern, subject to applicable law. CanRad’s failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Instagram and Other Social Media Platforms

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social media platform on which it is promoted. By participating, each participant releases Instagram and the applicable social media platforms from claims arising from or relating to the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law. Questions, comments and complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to CanRad and not to a social media platform.

18. Aeroplan Program and Trademarks

Aeroplan is a registered trademark of Aeroplan Inc., used under licence. The Air Canada maple leaf logo is a registered trademark of Air Canada, used under licence. Aeroplan program terms and conditions apply to the use and redemption of Aeroplan points.

CanRad is not responsible for changes to the Aeroplan program, point valuation, redemption availability, travel availability, account restrictions or the winner’s use of the points after deposit.

19. Geographic Exclusion — Quebec

The Promotion is not open to residents of the Province of Quebec and is not available to CanRad accounts registered to an address in Quebec. Any registration, purchase, account opening or no-purchase submission connected to a Quebec resident or Quebec-registered CanRad account is void and will not earn a ballot.

Participants may be required to provide proof that they reside outside Quebec and that the applicable Eligible CanRad Account is registered to an address outside Quebec.

20. Governing Law

The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws. Except where prohibited by law, these Rules and all matters arising from the Promotion will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, subject to rights that cannot legally be restricted.

21. Winner Information

After the winner has been confirmed and announced, the winner’s first name, last initial, city and province or territory may be available by sending a request to marketing@canrad.com before January 31, 2027
